A Family Tradition Since 1975
Salvatore Pizza began as a small family restaurant in San Francisco, founded by Giuseppe Salvatore who brought his family's recipes from Naples, Italy. What started as a neighborhood pizzeria has grown into one of California's most beloved pizza delivery services, while still maintaining the authentic techniques and quality that defined us from the beginning.
For three generations, the Salvatore family has been committed to creating authentic Italian pizza using traditional methods and the finest ingredients. We believe that great pizza comes from passion, quality, and respect for tradition – values that guide everything we do.

With over 20 years of experience, Marco oversees all pizza production, trains new staff in traditional techniques, and continually refines our recipes.

Quality Control & Sourcing
Antonio oversees ingredient sourcing and quality control, working directly with local farms to ensure we receive the freshest, highest-quality produce.
Our Pizza-Making Process
Dough Preparation
Our dough is made fresh daily using imported "00" flour from Italy, with a 48-hour cold fermentation process that develops perfect flavor and texture.
Sauce Creation
We use San Marzano tomatoes, crushed by hand with sea salt and fresh basil for a sauce that's bursting with authentic flavor.
Hand-Stretching
Each dough ball is hand-stretched using traditional tossing techniques to create the perfect texture and thickness.
Premium Toppings
We use only the finest ingredients, from house-made mozzarella to locally sourced vegetables and premium Italian meats.
High-Heat Baking
Our pizzas are baked in custom ovens at temperatures up to 800°F, creating the perfect balance of crispy and chewy textures.
